If your child is absent through sickness or any unavoidable cause, please could you inform the school by telephone or email as early as possible on the first day of absence.

You will then need to update us daily on the absence until your child returns to school.

We monitor attendance closely as we want your child in school to access education. We aim for 96% attendance. If your child’s attendance begins to fall lower,  we will follow this up to see what can be done to improve your child’s attendance.
