Friends of St Andrew's

Have you got a child at St. Andrew’s CE Primary School, or are you a member of staff? Then you are a member of the Parent Teacher Association known as FoSA (the Friends of St Andrew's).

Friends of St Andrew's support the life and work of the school. They help to organise social and fundraising events, involving parents and the wider local community, with money raised going towards things like extra equipment and treats for the pupils.

Visit the Friends of St Andrew's Facebook page: www.facebook.com/standrewsweypta

The Friends of St Andrew's are dependent on the support of people in our St Andrew's community to ensure that they can keep enriching the lives of the children at St Andrew's. They are always looking for new ideas and new people to join. If you are interested in finding out more about the Friends of St Andrew’s or would like to get involved please email us at pta@standrews.dsat.org.uk

Parent Volunteers

We welcome parents to work alongside the staff in school and such involvement is invaluable for all concerned. Help can be with regular help with hearing readers, helping to look after our library or gardening plots or to help with trips.

Volunteers are required to complete a simple registration form prior to starting to help in school – these are available from the school office. All volunteers regularly working in school are required to have checks through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Please speak to the school office about this.
