Local Governing Board

The Local Governing Board of the school is made up of people from a variety of backgrounds. They form the Academy Ethos and Standards Committee (ASEC). The school governors are a group of individuals, who are elected, nominated or co-opted and are representative of parents, staff and the Church. The ASEC works with the Headteacher and is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the school. Meetings are held at least once each half term. If you are interested in becoming a school governor, please contact the Clerk to Governors to find out about any vacancies clerk@standrews.dsat.org.uk
