Learning at home for absent children

For those of you that are not at school today, please look at and the resources below to complete your learning.

For maths, work through the powerpoints which explain and show examples of the learning. Then use the worksheets to complete the learning. You can check your answers on the powerpoints too.

For English, look at the text Ice Kingdom and complete the 'box up' sheet showing the structure of each paragraph. Then look at the innovated text box up example and complete your own box up by changing parts of Ice Kingdom e.g. the location, people and animals used. For Thursday and Friday's lessons, start to write your own version of Ice Kingdom by starting to look at the innovated model text example. You only need to write the Introduction and what it is sections.

Make sure you are reading each day and complete any quizzes on Accelerated Reader on  books you finish reading.

Please share your wonderful learning with me.
