Lunch

Local Food Links Menu - Summer 1 2024

There is a choice of hot school meals or children can bring in a healthy packed lunch from home.

Children in Reception, Year 1 & 2 are entitled to universal free school meals. This means you can select hot school meals for your child for free.

Children in Years 3-6 can opt to have hot school meals, which you can pay for.

All children who are in receipt of Pupil Premium funding will be able to have free hot school meals.

Hot school meals are provided by Local Food Links. You can access their menus and book via http://www.localfoodlinks.org.uk/

Due to allergies, we are a nut free school.

On this page, you will find details about our meals service. Some parents, however, do prefer to provide their children with their own packed lunches instead. If you do opt for this please note that, due to severe allergies, St Andrew's is a NUT FREE school. Please ensure you check all packaging before sending food to school.

School Meals

We are very pleased to let you know that the online ordering system from Local Food Links is now fully up and running for both KS1 and KS2 parents.

Some computers/smart phones are having a few difficulties using the following web address:

www.myschoolmeals.co.uk

Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM) Reception, Year 1 and 2

Please register then wait for an email informing you that you are entitled to a UIFSM before ordering any meals. If you try to order meals before your account has been authorised you will not be able to “proceed” without being asked to pay.

Years 3 to 6

Please register as above and please note all meals must be paid for at time of ordering.

If your child is entitled to a Free School Meal (FSM) please tick the box on the register page and await an email confirming your account has been authorised before booking any meals.

If you do not wish to order your son/daughter a meal using Local Food Links please remember to send your son/daughter into school with a healthy packed lunch.

Many thanks
