Prime areas:

  • Personal, Social and Emotional Development
  • Communication and Language
  • Physical Development

Specific areas:

  • Literacy
  • Mathematics
  • Understanding of the World
  • Expressive arts and design

Characteristics of effective learning:

  • Playing and exploring
  • Active learning
  • Creating and thinking critically

The framework can be found here EYFS FRAMEWORK.

We teach this framework through topics that excite the children; we plan together and teach inspiring activities according to their needs and interests.
